Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with clients directly in Moses Lake, Washington, addressing their insurance needs with a personalized approach.

Service Management: Handle inquiries, policy changes, billing, and claims efficiently and with a client-focused mindset.

Sales Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to expand client portfolios through personalized product offerings and cross-selling strategies.

Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships within the community to enhance brand reputation and trust.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide comprehensive advice.

Detail Management: Ensure meticulous record-keeping and documentation of all client interactions and transactions.

Licensing: Active Washington State Insurance License is required, or ability to obtain one within three months of hiring.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on effective customer interaction.

Customer-Centric: A genuine commitment to meeting client needs and a proactive approach to service delivery.

Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively organize workload and manage time to meet deadlines and client expectations.
