Salary Range: $57000.00 - $62000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide accurate information about policies and services.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications efficiently.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist the sales team with follow-ups and administrative tasks.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A patient and empathetic demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
