Responsibilities

• Learn and apply sales techniques to acquire new clients and grow the agency's customer base.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services.
• Gain expertise in managing client relationships, providing ongoing support, and addressing customer needs.
• Learn the financial and operational aspects of running an insurance agency, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Attend regular training sessions, workshops, and industry events to continuously develop skills.
• Collaborate with senior agency leaders to improve business processes and enhance overall agency performance.
• Work towards meeting agency performance targets and individual sales goals.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

License: Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses is a must.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Motivation: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and sales. Strong problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Sales: Basic understanding of sales principles or willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
