Insurance Sales Associate to join our Eagan team. You'll help individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their needs while becoming an important part of a supportive, collaborative agency.

What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales Associate, you'll help prospective and existing customers understand their insurance needs and find coverage that provides the right protection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Connect with prospective clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customers' needs and priorities.
- Educate customers about insurance products, coverage options, and discounts.
- Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Stay current on insurance products, agency processes, and industry developments.
- Work closely with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.
What We're Looking For
Experienced insurance professionals are encouraged to apply, but experience is not required. We're willing to train the right person.

- Property & Casualty license preferred, but may be obtained upon hire.
