What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Educate clients on coverage options across multiple carriers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Deliver a high level of service to support retention and referrals

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
