Earn $70,000+ in your first year as an Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative with Pinnacle Family Insurance an Allstate agency growing across multiple locations. This is a hybrid remote, MondayFriday role with weekends off, paid training, and uncapped commission on warm inbound calls. No cold calling.
You'll take inbound calls from existing Allstate clients, help with policy changes, billing, and claims, and round out their coverage on auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance. We provide the leads, the training, and the support you bring the work ethic.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer service calls from existing Allstate clients
Process policy changes, endorsements, billing, and claims requests
Conduct policy reviews on every call to identify coverage gaps
Cross-sell and upsell auto, home, life, renters, and umbrella insurance
Educate clients on multi-policy discounts and coverage options
Generate referrals and quote new business from existing relationships
Document calls in the agency management system and follow up on quotes
Hit monthly sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred we'll help the right candidate get licensed
1+ year of customer service, sales, or insurance experience
Strong communication and active listening skills
Sales mindset with a customer-first approach
Comfortable on the phone in a goal-driven environment
Solid computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office)
Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for remote days
High school diploma or equivalent
