This hybrid role combines sales, customer service, and account management. Salary Range: $44000.00 - $64000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Generate new business by quoting and selling personal and commercial insurance products.
Follow up with prospects, referrals, and leads to convert opportunities into sales.
Cross-sell and recommend additional insurance products to existing clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, claims guidance, and coverage reviews.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and document all client interactions.
Collaborate with insurance carriers, lenders, escrow officers, and other business partners as needed.
Meet or exceed monthly sales, retention, and customer service goals.
Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication).
Minimum of 1 year of insurance sales and/or customer service experience.
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, including Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, and Umbrella policies. Commercial insurance experience is a plus.
Experience quoting, binding, servicing, and remarketing insurance policies.
Ability to identify coverage gaps and confidently recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Proven ability to cross-sell insurance products and meet production goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with agency management systems, carrier quoting platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
Professional phone etiquette and strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Reliable, punctual, organized, and accountable.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Farmers Insurance or other major insurance carriers.
Experience with personal lines, commercial lines, life insurance, or cross-selling multiple product lines.
Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
