Responsibilities
Assist policyholders with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing.
Build rapport with clients, understanding their evolving needs and life circumstances.
Provide information and education on insurance products and services offered.
Support the agent in achieving agency goals through diligent follow-up and service.
Maintain accurate client records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment.
Active Michigan Property & Casualty License Preferred, Willing to Train, Licensing Assistance Available
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine desire to help people understand and manage their insurance needs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using technology for communication and record-keeping.
