We are looking for a driven, results-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Producer. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, proactively follow up on warm leads, and generate new business by identifying coverage needs and presenting tailored insurance solutions.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. Licensing assistance available.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Prior Sales Experience.
