Salary Range: $40000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
Present and explain various insurance policy options clearly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Process new insurance applications.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.
California Property & Casualty License (Must-have)
A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and positive attitude.
Comfort and proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer use.
Spanish language fluency is a significant plus.
