Our people bring ambition, passion, and innovation to every dimension of our company. About the RoleThis is a hands-on, player-coach sales position. The Insurance Sales Player/Coach will manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 5–10 insurance producers while also maintaining personal new business production goals.The ideal candidate is an experienced insurance sales professional who leads from the front. This individual will actively prospect and write new business while holding the producer team accountable for achieving individual and team production goals.
