Responsibilities
- Close new home and auto insurance policies
- Follow up on inbound leads from agency marketing
- Build client relationships to drive referrals and retention
- Attend daily coaching and implement feedback into your process
- Hit weekly and monthly production goals
- Track activity and pipeline metrics consistently
Requirements
- Required, no exceptions, Active Property & Casualty license
- Experience selling home and auto insurance
- Proven closing track record be ready to speak to your numbers
- Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace
