We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of insurance products, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of insurance sales agents
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations
- Oversee daily sales operations, including lead distribution and pipeline management
- Support agents in closing complex or high-value policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license is a plus, must be willing to obtain license before start date (Licensing Assistance Provided)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
