Responsibilities
- Generate Excitement & Close Deals: Produce accurate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and secure new business.
- Hunt & Cultivate: Actively identify and build relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and agency leads.
- Be the Expert: Consult with clients to deeply understand their insurance needs and recommend the optimal coverage solutions.
- Master the Craft: Collaborate closely with experienced agents and dive into development programs to absorb industry knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements
