Responsibilities

  • Devote an exceptional level of personal attention when implementing effective sales strategies designed to maintain and grow a longterm customer base
  • Listen attentively to new and prospective clients, assess their needs and financial situations, and recommend plan options tailored to their unique insurance requirements
  • Stay current on insurance industry protocols and policy updates to ensure all policy requirements are met, and monitor claims to support mutual satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with policyholders to develop and deliver riskmanagement strategies aligned with their individual profile

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
  • Insurance license required (licensing assistance available)
  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products, riskmanagement profiles, and relevant state and federal regulations
  • Experience with accounting and/or sales lead software is a plus
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills required
