Responsibilities

Connect with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.

Explain complex insurance policies in a clear and understandable manner.

Develop personalized insurance proposals and quotes.

Manage client accounts and ensure policy renewals are handled smoothly.

Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques.

Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.

Active Maryland Property & Casualty License (Required).

Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine desire to help clients find the right insurance solutions.

Familiarity with insurance terminology and products.

A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
