What You'll Do
As a Sales Producer, your primary role is to generate new business and help clients protect what matters most.
Responsibilities include:
Success in this role comes from discipline, activity, and consistent improvement.
Property & Casualty License (required before start date)
Life & Health License within the first 6 months
Strong communication skills
High work ethic and reliability
Coachable and motivated attitude
Sales experience is helpful but drive and discipline matter more than experience.
