We're hiring Insurance Sales Producers for established Farmers Insurance agencies across the Birmingham area. Already licensed? You'll start building your book — and earning renewal income — right away. Not licensed yet? If you've got the people skills and the drive, we'll help you get your Property & Casualty license. What You'll Do
Help individuals and businesses protect what matters with the right Auto, Home, and business liability coverage.
Assess each client's needs and recommend tailored P&C policies that fit their situation and budget.
Guide new and existing clients smoothly through quotes, applications, and policy changes.
Build lasting relationships that earn repeat business and referrals.
Support clients through the claims process and keep accurate records in the agency CRM.
