About the Opportunity

The Comeau Agency in Demorest, GA is adding a licensed producer to its sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role backed by Brightway's national carrier lineup, agency-level support, and a compensation plan with no earnings cap.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of personal lines prospects (auto, home, life)
• Work agency-provided leads from first contact through close
• Ask the right questions to match coverage to each customer's situation
• Hit monthly production goals in a fast-paced, results-driven office

Requirements

• Current P&C license (active, in good standing)
• 1–3 years in insurance or a sales-driven field
• Comfortable running a consultative sales conversation
• Self-directed — you don't need someone checking in constantly
