Are you a licensed insurance sales professional who enjoys working leads, following up consistently, and closing business?

We’re looking for a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Producer to support a growing Farmers Insurance agency. This is a high-activity sales role focused primarily on working internet-generated Home and Auto leads, with additional opportunity to identify and cross-sell Life Insurance solutions.

If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, are comfortable spending much of your day on the phone, and know how to turn opportunities into bound policies, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

As a Remote Insurance Sales Producer, you’ll manage a steady flow of prospective clients interested in Personal Lines insurance while actively building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

You’ll respond to incoming internet leads, conduct outbound follow-up, prepare quotes, bind policies, and identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional coverage.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment, understands the importance of consistent follow-up, and is motivated by both sales performance and earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to and follow up with internet-generated Home and Auto leads
• Make consistent outbound calls to new prospects, prior leads, and other sales opportunities
• Quote and bind Personal Lines insurance, including Home and Auto policies
• Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell Life Insurance
• Educate prospective clients on available coverage options and help them select solutions that fit their needs
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial inquiry through policy binding
• Consistently follow up with open opportunities to keep prospects moving through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate client notes, activities, and follow-up tasks within the agency CRM
• Build and manage an organized pipeline of active prospects and future opportunities
• Handle objections professionally and confidently move qualified prospects toward a decision
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service throughout the sales process
• Work toward established sales, production, and activity goals

What You’ll Bring

• Active California Property & Casualty License required
• Active California Life & Health License preferred
• Previous insurance sales experience
• Farmers Insurance experience preferred
• Experience selling or quoting Personal Lines insurance
• Comfortable working in a high-call-volume, outbound sales environment
• Strong phone presence, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
• Ability to consistently follow up and manage multiple active opportunities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with AgencyZoom preferred
