Insurance Sales Producer

The Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer will develop new business opportunities, provide personalized insurance solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, organized, and enjoys connecting with people.

You will work with individuals and businesses to understand their needs and recommend coverage options for auto, home, commercial, and other property & casualty insurance products.

Salary Range: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community relationships

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage solutions

Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients through the sales process

Cross-sell and identify opportunities for additional insurance products

Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency procedures

Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale

Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience a plus

Strong communication and computer skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Professional attitude and strong work ethic
