Insurance Sales Producer (Entry-level or Experienced)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.

Salary Range: $4000.00 - $6000.00 per month

Monthly Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

• Ability to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty Insurance License (if required by state) OR L&H and willing to obtain P&C.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage, and policy options
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Previous sales related insurance sales experience preferred NOT Required.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
