Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Quote, present, and sell insurance products to prospective clients
• Conduct policy reviews and uncover additional coverage opportunities
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate client records and activity within the CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals

• Sales or customer service experience required (1-2 years minimum)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Comfortable speaking with clients and making outbound calls
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Property & Casualty License
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
