Insurance Sales Producer

The Charles Wade Agency is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team in the Garland area. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional who thrives in a sales environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by achieving goals.

Salary Range: $3500.00 - $8000.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, community involvement, and agency-provided leads.
• Guide clients through the entire sales processfrom the initial conversation to quoting, presenting customized coverage solutions, and confidently closing the sale.
• Build strong, lasting relationships by identifying each client's unique insurance needs and recommending personalized protection strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and new business production goals through effective pipeline management and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by cultivating referral partners and creating opportunities for continued business growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by educating clients on coverage options and providing a professional, consultative sales experience.
• Ensure all policies, applications, and client interactions comply with underwriting guidelines, carrier requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Stay knowledgeable on insurance products, industry trends, and agency initiatives to provide clients with informed recommendations.

Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license required.

• Previous insurance sales experience is preferred; experience in a goal-oriented sales environment is a plus.
• Confident initiating conversations through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust and connect with clients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within a high-performing agency.
• Must be able to reliably work in or commute to the Garland, Texas area.
