Robert Yocom Agency is looking for a driven, coachable, and competitive Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team in Tulsa.


This role is for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and building a career where effort and performance are rewarded. Compensation

This position includes a competitive base salary, commission opportunities, and performance-based bonuses.


Producers who learn our process, stay consistent, and execute at a high level can reasonably expect to earn $70,000+ in their first year through base pay, commissions, and bonuses.

What Youll Do

Connect with prospects and clients to understand their insurance needs

Prepare quotes and present coverage options clearly

Sell new policies across personal and commercial insurance lines

Follow up with leads, prospects, and current clients

Build long-term client relationships through reliable communication

Identify additional coverage opportunities for new and existing clients

Provide prompt, professional, and friendly support

Stay focused on daily activity, sales goals, and personal development


What Were Looking For

Sales experience or client-facing experience preferred

No prior insurance experience required

Strong written, verbal, and listening skills

Requirements

Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license before start date

Active Oklahoma Life & Health license before start date

Sales experience, client-facing experience, or a strong desire to build a sales career

Strong communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking clearly

Coachable attitude and willingness to follow a proven sales process

Strong work ethic and ability to stay consistent without constant supervision
