Insurance sales producer

Jennie Valdez/ Farmers Agency is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing Insurance agency. This role focuses on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and community outreach
• Quote and sell insurance policies (auto, home, commercial, life)
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Cross -sell and upsell existing clients
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

strong Communication and customer service skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Self-Motivated and goal-oriented

Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency systems

be Coachable, fast learner, and resourceful

Active Insurance License (or willing to obtain within 45 days )
