Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and propose suitable products. Make in-person presentations and attend marketing events
Policy Advising: Guide clients in understanding and selecting the most appropriate insurance coverage for their requirements.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals to contribute to the agency's growth and success.
Networking: Build and maintain a network of prospects through traditional and digital strategies, fostering long-term relationships.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions using CRM software to ensure efficient follow-up and service.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer relevant insights and advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: A current and valid Texas Property & Casualty License is required. - Please do not apply if you do not have a valid license.
Experience: At least two years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is necessary.
Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
