Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new leads daily
- Schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients
- Recommend personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Respond to inquiries about policies, coverage changes, and claims
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Participate in regular training (remote or in-person)
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
- Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Property & Casualty license is a plus, but not required.
