Compensation:

We offer a base salary starting around$30,000, depending on experience, with additional earning potential based on production.

Additional opportunities:

• Incentives available to increase commission percentages
• We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus, along with reimbursement for licensing fees.
• Flexible schedule.

Salary Range: $57000.00 - $70000.00 per year

• Help new and existing clients with their auto, home, and life insurance needs.
• Work directly with a steady stream of leads, you'll have opportunities waiting for you on day one.
• Build relationships and deliver great service so clients stick with us for the long run.
• Be part of a supportive team where everyone pulls in the same direction.

What we're looking for:

• Someone who's comfortable talking with people and enjoys helping them.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to get licensed quickly).
• A self-starter who has a circle of influence (friends, family, networks) and enjoys building relationships.
