• $55,000-$75,000 first-year earnings potential

• Generate new business by proactively reaching out to prospects and converting leads into clients
• Cross-sell and upsell policies to existing customers to ensure full protection
• Uncover opportunities through needs-based conversations, referrals, and relationship building
• Provide exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through follow-up and closing skills

• Active insurance license (we will help you obtain your license)
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented with a proven desire to succeed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, build rapport, and explain options clearly
