Were seeking an Insurance Sales Representative with a proven track record, ready to take ownership of their results and grow in a high-performance sales environment. This role focuses on generating new business through outbound activity, leveraging personal networks, and managing the full sales cycle. You will have the autonomy to build and manage your pipeline, with training, mentorship, and resources to help you succeed. This is a Monday through Friday role with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid remote schedule after 6 months, or sooner for strong performers.
