Were seeking an Insurance Sales Representative with a proven track record, ready to take ownership of their results and grow in a high-performance sales environment. This role focuses on generating new business through outbound activity, leveraging personal networks, and managing the full sales cycle. You will have the autonomy to build and manage your pipeline, with training, mentorship, and resources to help you succeed. This is a Monday through Friday role with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid remote schedule after 6 months, or sooner for strong performers.

  • Base salary starting at $30,000 with first-year earnings around $45,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities
  • Obtain insurance license within 45 days of hire
  • Generate leads through outbound activity and personal network
  • Manage and organize a consistent sales pipeline
  • Handle full sales cycle from prospecting to close and follow-up
  • Quote, present, and sell appropriate insurance solutions
  • Build referrals and maintain ongoing client relationships

Requirements
  • Prior proven sales experience
  • Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve results
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage follow-up and pipeline independently
