Salary Range: $75000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies.
• Explain policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions clearly.
• Process new business applications and endorsements.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales targets.

• Active California Property & Casualty License preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with insurance agency management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
