Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Offer expert advice on various insurance products, ensuring clients receive the most suitable coverage for their needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities and cross-selling additional products.
  • Manage existing client insurance policies, ensuring timely updates and adjustments to match their changing needs.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all client interactions and transactions for seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new products to offer clients the most up-to-date advice.

Requirements
  • Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License is required. Must be willing to obtain P&C license prior to hiring; mandatory. License assistance available.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to assess client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Must have the ability to sell; and meet personal and office goals monthly.
  • Demonstrate energy and drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Must meet the monthly quota set forth individually and for the Agency.
