We are a growing, locally owned Farmers Insurance agency in New Prague looking for a motivated individual who wants to build a long-term, high-income career in sales.

Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses
• Typical first-year earnings: $50,000 $75,000+
• Top performers exceed $80,000+
• Uncapped commission (no income ceiling)

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads + outbound activity to generate new business
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Cross-sell current customers to increase account value
• Build relationships within the New Prague community
• Track performance and hit monthly goals

• Motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable talking to people daily
• Sales experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to complete licensing within 60 days (we help you)
• High school diploma required
