Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective clients over the phone

Generate and present insurance quotes

Help clients understand their coverage options and make informed decisions

Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline

Work alongside a team focused on growth, accountability, and success

Participate in daily coaching, training, and sales development

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills

Coachable and willing to learn

Ability to stay resilient and consistent

Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required
