We are seeking motivated individuals in the Bloomington, Illinois area who want to build a career in the insurance industry. Prior licensing is not required; guidance will be provided throughout the licensing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Present and recommend insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions
• Provide ongoing support and maintain positive client relationships
• Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients; training is provided
• Stay current with industry standards and applicable compliance requirements
