Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Generate quotes and close new business opportunities
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer communication
- Conduct policy reviews and help customers understand their coverage
- Support retention efforts and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable having sales conversations and asking for the business
