Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs and circumstances.
Present and explain various insurance policy options clearly and concisely.
Develop customized insurance solutions tailored to individual client requirements.
Nurture client relationships to foster loyalty and ensure satisfaction.
Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales targets and uphold service standards.
Active Illinois Property & Casualty License.
Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their insurance needs.
Comfort and proficiency using CRM systems and standard office software.
A proactive attitude and a drive to achieve personal and agency goals.
Bilingual Spanish/English speaker preferred.
