Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through live transfers, provided leads, and outbound follow-up
• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to generate sales opportunities
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Prepare quotes, present options, and close new business
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Use agency sales systems, technology, and lead management tools
• Work toward individual sales goals and performance expectations
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience
