Salary Range: $31000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Louisianalicensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.
This role involves:
Advising clients on home, auto, flood, and commercial coverage
Quoting, binding, and servicing policies
Building longterm client relationships
Maintaining compliance and documentation standards
Provide expert guidance on P&C insurance products
Prepare accurate quotes and coverage recommendations
Manage renewals, endorsements, and client service requests
Maintain detailed, compliant client files
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and carriers
Support agency growth through exceptional service and retention
Active Louisiana P&C License (required)
Minimum 1 year of insurance experience preferred
Strong communication and clientcare skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
High integrity, reliability, and professionalism
Techsavvy with agency management systems (training provided)
