Job Description

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our insurance sales department. As an insurance sales representative you will work with a dynamic staff that shares your desire to win. Our insurance sales representatives should have a career mindset and want to grow in the insurance industry with us. 

Base salary + commission 

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirements

• P&C License a bonus 
• Insurance industry experience a plus
• Sales background is preferred 
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
