Insurance Sales Representative

Adrian Howard State Farm Agency in Irving, TX is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in call centers, collections, customer service, or telephone sales who are ready to use their communication and sales skills to build a career in insurance.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  
• Follow up with leads and insurance quotes.
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  
• Quote and sell Auto, Home/Renters, Life, Health, and other insurance products.
  
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
  
• Cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
  
• Meet individual and agency sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous call center, collections, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
  
• Strong telephone and communication skills.
  
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
  
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and dependable.
  
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
  
• Ability to obtain required insurance licenses.

Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
