This is a full-time, in-office position offering a base salary plus uncapped commission potential. If you're ambitious, coachable, and ready to grow, we'd love to meet you!

Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up with incoming leads and prospective clients in a timely, professional manner.
  • Identify each client's needs and recommend appropriate auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products.
  • Quote, present, and close new policies while delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage retention, referrals, and multi-policy bundles.
  • Accurately maintain client records and follow agency processes and compliance standards.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and activity targets.

Requirements
  • Active Michigan Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one (we will help you get licensed).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales environment.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn agency management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; reliable and able to work full-time on-site in Lansing, MI.
