Insurance Sales Representative

• The Arrant Agency is seeking an Outbound Sales Producer to join our team. You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.
• We are looking for self-driven individuals who are upbeat and results-driven.
• Base Pay with additional commission and bonuses for performance.

Salary Range: $2600.00 - $3200.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency as well as your own market.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
• Responsible for accurate underwriting
• Ensure all documents are received and signed by clients
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry
• Call for outbound prospecting to existing customers and leads
• Take inbound Sales Calls
• Self Driven
