You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed. • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
