Responsibilities
- Receive and promptly follow up on warm inbound leads generated through our home closing partner network.
- Engage prospective customers via phone, text, email, and other communication channels to understand their insurance needs.
- Utilize agency technology tools to manage leads, track activity, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Present coverage options and obtain agreement from prospects to receive a quote.
- Prepare and deliver accurate personal lines insurance quotes.
- Close sales and transition new policyholders to the service team for ongoing account management.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and activity metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead activity and client interactions in agency systems.
Requirements
One of the following is required:
- Active Ohio Property & Casualty insurance license OR
- Demonstrated sales experience (any industry) with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals; and willingness to obtain P&C licensure upon hire.
Additionally:
- Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM, AI and quoting technology platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high volume of leads independently.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to accurately document activity and follow a defined sales process.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help customers protect their homes.
