The Opportunity
This full-time independent contractor role in direct sales combines consultative selling, relationship management, and ongoing client support. You'll meet face-to-face with business owners and employees within your local territory, helping them understand benefit options and guiding them through enrollment decisions.
Representatives operate as independent contractors, giving you flexibility in how you manage your schedule and grow your client base, while still receiving structured training, mentorship, and leadership support.
This position is ideal for someone with professional experience who is ready to build a sustainable career and make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams
Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs
Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions
Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM
Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals
Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory

Agents average $70,000 - $90,000 annually
