Jon Rodriguez State Farm Agency is looking for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Northeast Mesa.

This is a great opportunity for someone with insurance experience who is comfortable talking with customers, identifying their needs and recommending the right coverage.

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
  
• Recommend appropriate Auto, Home, Life and other insurance products
  
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers
  
• Build lasting relationships with customers
  
• Develop new business through leads, referrals and proactive follow-up
  
• Explain coverage options clearly and answer customer questions
  
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions and other service needs
  
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent follow-up
  
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

• $36,000 starting base salary
  
• Commission on sales
  
• Performance bonuses at 30, 60 and 90 days
  
• Realistic first-year earning potential of $50,000$70,000+

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Property & Casualty insurance license (must have or obtain prior to start date)
  
• Ability to work full-time in our Northeast Mesa office
  
• Strong communication and listening skills
  
• Professional and customer-focused approach
  
• Ability to consistently follow up with customers and prospects
  
• Motivation to achieve sales goals

Preferred:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
  
• Previous insurance sales experience
  
• Life & Health insurance license
  
• Experience meeting sales goals or quotas
  
• Inside sales, outside sales, retail sales or other customer-facing sales experience
