Insurance Sales Representative

We're hiring an Insurance Sales Representative at the Lena Yousif Allstate Agency to generate new business through outbound calling, follow-ups, and customer service. You'll educate clients on their insurance options and help them find the right coverage. We're a family-oriented, 17-year-established Allstate agency where hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calling and proactive follow-up
• Educate customers on available insurance options and coverage
• Bind policies and guide clients through the sales process
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
• Build long-term relationships with clients to support retention and referrals

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain licensing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
• Comfortable with outbound calling and consistent follow-up
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
