Salary Range: $60000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.

Present and explain various life and health insurance products, highlighting benefits and coverage details.

Develop personalized insurance solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.

Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Nurture client relationships by providing ongoing support and periodic policy reviews.

Achieve and exceed established sales quotas and objectives.


Requirements

Possession of an active Nebraska Producer's License for Life and Health Insurance is required.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a client-facing role.

Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.

Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
